Really – journalists tell us that democracy is now a threat to democracy and only the media can save us from democracy:

“I’m just not sure it’s sinking in to the public in general,” said Sullivan, incoming executive director of a journalism ethics center at Columbia University. “There’s a lot of people who understand there’s a threat to democracy that comes with a second Trump presidency and there are a lot of people who continue to think that it’s a normal presidential contest. I don’t think that’s the case.”

To ensure that voters do not vote “wrong”, the media is interceding and running stories to create “fear” about a future Trump presidency. Fear is among the most powerful of propaganda messaging motivators and has been used extensively in the media’s coverage of Covid and climate change. The goal is not to educate you but to scare you into adopting someone else’s position.

I’m not a Trump fan … But … if the voter’s select Trump, that is, in fact, democracy in action. Who appointed media goons to ensure the public selects the candidate the media goons want in office?

If the claims made by journalists are true – Trump will end democracy – and the voters then decide to freely choose to end democracy, that would, in fact, be democracy in action. Of course, these allegations make little sense to being with, but they are way the media goons can create fear.

The media is advocating to end democracy and turn the concept of elections over to unelected, self-appointed, arrogant, media morons who will instruct us on how to vote. They lack sufficient introspection to see the hypocrisy in what they are saying.
