The use of card stacking as a propaganda technique
Jim Steele is the former director of the Sierra Nevada Field Station operated by San Francisco State University. He has become skeptical of many climate change claims. In the above link, he says that NOAA has engaged in climate stacking to present incorrect information about oceans and carbon.
Card stacking is the propaganda technique of carefully showing only one side – such as benefits – while ignoring harms or anything that would dispute the claims.
