This “Fact check” statement from Factcheck.org is amazing for the simple observation that the fact checker is ignoring actual laws in six states and Washington D.C.:

FactCheck.org says it is not true that Democrats support ‘allowing abortions “all the way up to the moment of birth”‘.

However, per Axios, six states, including my own state, permit abortions all the way up to the due date.

How can six states support abortion all the way up to the due date if, per FactCheck.org, no one supports that?

This makes no sense. FactCheck.org ignore these six states to make its argument.

In the end, we must ask, who Fact Checks the self appointed official Fact Checker?
