The media is the *cause* of mass anxiety, depression and frustration – their entire focus is on negativity. There is much that is good and right with the world, but the media spins even good news into scary, negativity.

To a reporter, everything is doom and gloom and a sure sign we are all going to die real soon now.

8 out of the 9 top stories on NYTimes are negative right now. Google News even worse…. I know there are serious problems in the world but I wonder if it’s healthy for the billion+ people online to read largely negative news about the world every day…
