There’s Only 14 States Where You Can Afford A Home On Less Than $75,000 A Year (msn.com)

This is about affording the MEDIAN PRICED HOME, not any home.

MEDIAN means that half of the homes for sale cost less than the MEDIAN!

The media has messed this up.

If you can afford a home on less than $75,000 in 14 states, then you could also afford to buy a home priced in the bottom half of available homes in many other states. That is an important distinction – assume this is the writer. He is allegedly a freelance journalist but has essentially no online presence, and no LinkedIn page – which is unusual. The author’s bio picture there goes through Google Lense back to LinkedIn – but there is no person with that photo on LinkedIn.

I have seen in the past, people’s profile photos stolen from LinkedIn and Instagram and then used for fictitious content mill writers that are generated by AI. Muckrack shows his publications in just two content mill web sites. Hmmmm…..

The story is sourced to “Awful Funny” – the type of name that is typically a content mill – operated by “Seven Media LLC”, which in fact, is the owner of Guide2Free.com.
