Google enforces limitations on “Covid-19” related apps for Android: only government approved speech is permitted
Under new Google rules for Android apps in the Google Play store, only government approved speech about Covid-19 will be permitted. This is traditionally known as censorship. This goes in hand with the next item, where Facebook announced similar rules, prohibiting speech not fully in line with officially approved government speech about Covid-19.
Facebook embraces censorship
Under Facebook’s new censorship program “Content from government agencies and health organizations, however, will be exempt from the changes, Facebook said.” Because WHO and CDC have been 100% accurate since the beginning of 2020. Isn’t that nice?

Police discover they can use music to keep videos of police activities off of social media
Some police appear to be playing music when someone video records their activities so that those videos get flagged on social media and taken off line: BHPD’s recent behavior suggests that at least some cops believe they can prevent themselves from being filmed or livestreamed by playing copyrighted music, which would have serious implications for more serious incidents of police misconduct.
