TL; DR Summary

• Sanders has traveled by bus and also by airline coach but he recently began using a Gulfstream jet charter too.
• Trump flies on his own corporate aircraft.
• Trump is a billionaire and he does seem self-obsessed.
• Poster appeals to the populist perspective of Sanders and the greedy narcissistic perspective of Trump – but the implication that Sanders does not fly a private jet is no longer true. Truth means little in a good social media propaganda poster! (This was shared into my FB stream).
• Update: After Sanders lost the Democratic Party nomination, he campaigned for Hillary Clinton and made extensive use of private jets for travel spending at least $342,000 on chartered Gulfstream jet flights.

This is a good propaganda poster. The visuals are perfect (or as Trump would say, “Terrific!”) and the message is short and quickly processed. That means viewers are likely to click Share and Like and pass this along to others. Of course, the poster is not factually correct but in propaganda, that is not a problem!
