This entire PR statement from Zuckerberg appears to have been written by the PR team, may be even the same one Oscar Munoz uses at United Airlines because the wording so similar!

Zuckerberg signed off with a message of aspiration: “I want to thank all of you who continue to believe in our mission and work to build this community together. I know it takes longer to fix all these issues than we’d like, but I promise you we’ll work through this and build a better service over the long term.”

Remember Oscar’s comment about dragging a passenger of the plane about how this doesn’t represent who we are, and “that’s my promise”. Uh huh, fluffy PR speak. Clues that FB still doesn’t get it.
